This Privacy Policy explains how Rep & Raise ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and fundraising platform.

1. Information We Collect

From campaign owners (organizations):

• Email and password (for your account, via Supabase Authentication)
• Organization name, phone number, and campaign design details (message, logo, shirt color, uploaded artwork)
• Payout information you provide — a Cash App tag, Venmo handle, or bank account and routing number, depending on the method you choose

From supporters (people buying bundles):

• Name, email, and shipping address
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number

2. How We Use Information

• To create and run your campaign's storefront
• To process orders and payments through Stripe
• To ship shirts to the address a supporter provides
• To send the campaign owner automated daily text messages during their 5-day campaign (via our SMS provider)
• To send the payout an organization earns, using the payout details they provide
• To communicate with you about your account or a campaign

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers that make Rep & Raise work:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage provider
• Twilio, via a Make.com automation — sending the daily SMS reminder
• Vercel — website hosting

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Payout Information Security

Payout details (including bank account and routing numbers, if you choose bank transfer) are stored in our database and are only ever visible to you, the campaign owner, and to us for the purpose of sending your payout. This data is protected by database-level access controls, but is not processed by a dedicated banking-grade payment processor the way your card number is by Stripe. If you have concerns about this, Cash App or Venmo may be a lower-friction alternative to sharing bank details.

5. Text Messages

If you provide a phone number as a campaign owner, you'll receive automated text messages with that day's fundraiser message during your active campaign. You can ask us to stop these at any time by contacting us at app@repandraise.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Rep & Raise is intended for use by adults creating and managing fundraising campaigns on behalf of youth sports teams, schools, and similar organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

7. Data Retention

We retain campaign, order, and account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with our legal and tax obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

8. Your Choices

You can update your campaign's information at any time from your dashboard. To request a copy of your data, or to request that we delete it, email app@repandraise.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
