These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rep & Raise (the "Service"), operated by Rep & Raise ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating a campaign, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the organization, team, school, or group on whose behalf you create a campaign. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your contact phone number and payout details.
A campaign ("pop-up shop") runs for 5 days from the moment it's created. Supporters purchase shirt bundles through your campaign's public link. Their payment card is authorized (held), not charged, at the time of purchase. When the campaign ends:
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a campaign at our discretion, including for content that violates these Terms.
Bundle prices, the organization's credited share per bundle, and the flat shipping fee are shown on the storefront at checkout and are subject to change for future campaigns. Once a campaign succeeds and is captured, we pay out the organization's raised amount using the payout method (Cash App, Venmo, or bank transfer) the campaign owner provides. Payouts are made manually and are not instantaneous; provide accurate payout information, as we are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account or address you supplied.
You're responsible for any message, logo, or artwork you upload. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, hateful, obscene, infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that you don't have the right to use. We may refuse to print or may remove any design that violates this section.
Standard shipping for successful campaigns is 7–14 business days from campaign close; campaigns selling 75 or more bundles qualify for expedited (7-day) shipping at no extra cost. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
By providing your phone number when creating a campaign, you consent to receive automated text messages from us with that day's fundraiser message during your 5-day campaign, and to a manual "send now" text if you trigger one from your dashboard. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop these messages at any time by contacting us.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store supporters' full card numbers. Your use of Stripe's payment processing is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rep & Raise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including delays in shipping, printing errors, or issues with a third-party payout method (Cash App, Venmo, or your bank). Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, if any.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, supporters, or Rep & Raise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
